IBM p630 & p650 console appears to be dead

What sort of console is it ?
Is it a KVM switch, a Dumb / tty terminal or do you mean the HMC ?
Are the servers running LPAR ?
Can you telnet into the servers ? or are they not powered on and you want to access the service processor or the SMS menu ?
Please specify exactly what you are trying to do and as much detail about the console that is not working as possible for more help.
