IBM P630 Hangs at Please Wait . . . .

I have an IBM P630, When power up from system console
most of the time is hanging at Please Wait....
sometimes I reinsert power cord and it will power up by itself.
This did not happen before.
Some setting I can't find?

Please run "diag -a" and choose "Problem determination"

See what the system will tell you after analysing the errpt.
