IBM Object Rexx Exception Errors

Hello All,
I have written an Object Rexx script that uses COM to make updates to a SQL database. I have noticed that sometimes my program will cause an application Exception Error under Windows 2000. Has anyone else seen a problem like this. I am currently running the IBM Object Rexx 2.12 version
