IBM Netfinity 5000 newbie questions

Hi. I recently acquired an IBM Netfinity 5000 (8659-22Y) and have some questions - this is my first server, and I'm fairly clueless...

1. Will it take 18Gb (or larger) SCSI drives, and if so, what type?
2. Can it use PC133 ECC RAM? If so, I realise it will only work at PC100 speed.
3. The drives have been wiped, so what software (server manager, drivers, etc) will I need, and where can I get it?
