ibm nefinity 5000 cpu upgrade

I have a ibm netfinity 5000 8659 trying to upgrade the cpus in it from dual 450's to dual 700's so i need a differnt VRM or will the one that i have, i currently have fru 01k7112, any help would be appericated.

Not sure what the difference is but it looks like for a 700Ghz cpu you will need fru#36L8901 for the vrm.
