IBM MQ Series - 2035 Error?

Hi,

Is there anyone who could help us with 2035 errors?

We want to know why/how this is produced and what is the solution.

We are using java classes to create and out the messages into a IBM MQ queue on a mainframe. Everything was working fine, until suddenly we start getting this error.

A 2035 is a NOT_AUTHORIZED error.

Have your mainframe security people turned on security on the mainframe by any chance?

If not it could be that the userid you are logged onto the client as hasn't got 'mqm' authority. What platform are you trying to talk to MVS from?
