IBM MMD

I have an MMD that contains 10X 9.1 hdd's. It was working fine just the other day. I had to shut down my server and the MMD and when I rebooted it I found this. I am running Windows Server 2003. The once green lights on the array's are not orange. Did I reboot in the wrong sequence? How would I get the array back. I set up the 10 hdds as 2 channels raid 5, then within windows set up a raid 0. Now when I run ServeRaid Management it states that 2 of the hdds are fine and 8 of the hdd's are defunct. They were working just the other day fine.
