IBM M3850 server adding a PCI express VGA card

Hi all,
I"m new here and have a question if someone can help me please. I have IBM M3850 and would like to add a PCIE video card. I installed the card but looks like there is a conflict between the PCIE card and the card that comes with the server. It looks like they are sharing the same resources. I even removed the PCI card to install the PCIE still screen is not working with the PCIE card alone. Is there anyway to make the PCIE use different resource? or at least disable the PCI card from setup?

Please suggestions.
