IBM HBA 6277 can install to AIX V4.2.1 ?

Dear Support,

We have a HBA (IBM 6227) and we would like to install
to SP node(OS V4.2.1 and PSSP version 2.4.0.0 ) for the future,
if we do this have some problem need to pay attetion(maybe need to apply PTF or upgrade Version) ?

Whatever if we do'nt use IBM 6227 HBA , have any solution
can use this version and without change anything?

From memory now...so I could be off a bit....

AIX 4.3.3. was required for this adapter if I remember correctly. You would need to upgrade the AIX to get it to work. (and possibly the pssp). That would be the CWS
and also the node if the CWS wasn't at 4.3.3.
