After the latest Fingerprint software release, we have had a handful of users with logon issues. After they enroll their fingerprint and reboot, when the system comes up all they see is the blue welcome screen and cursor with no logon screen. I can boot into safe mode and uncheck "Enable logon support" in the software configuration so I at least get the standard XP logon screen. If I uninstall the fingerprint software and reinstall, that resolves the problem. Has anyone else seen this?
