I haven't taken it, but you should be aware that it's actually an update and combination of the 191 (admin) and 199 (support) tests, so it should be a little bit tougher than the 191 was.
It doesn't look like they have a redbook out for it yet, but AssessTrac does have an assessment test for $10. I've found their tests to be helpful in the past, as a means of confirming preparedness.
