Small opeartional issue. I've been using IBM Director for a couple years now--since v4.0, now 4.20.x--and there's a small issue that's remained unchanged.
If an XP system is being accessed via Windows Remote Desktop, accessing that same system via IBM Director Remote Control displays nothing but a black screen with no control ability. At times it seems this may be the case even AFTER the Remote Desktop user has disconnected.
Has anyone seen any work-around or correction for this? Anyone even know what I'm talking about?
