IBM Director Doesn't Recognize Firmware

Two questions:
Does anyone know how to set Director 3.1 to be able to view the firmware in the view inventory option of a server with the Director agent installed? Currently I have a Win2000 Director server and two 2000 test boxes running the Director agent.

Will Director always cut off when logging off of a 2000 box?

I'd appreciate any help

A1: No configuration is necessary. If the hardware provides the firmware info, Director will receive it on Inventory of the system - may want to confirm that the system is at the current BIOS, firmware, driver, etc.

A2: No, IBM Director Agent runs as a Service using the UserID/password it was installed with. When you log off, it still runs.
