IBM Director 4.20

I'm trying to use the Resource monitors in IBM Director but every time I Drag the Task on to a group of severs or a Single server I just get the followoing message Starting Task... Then it stops but the resource montiro window never appears. I have used it in the past but cannot get it to work now. Anyone have any suggestions???

That has been my experience with 4.2, 4.20.02, 4.21, and now 4.22. Wish I could help more but I was trying to figure it out myself. Would you have any ideas on my post?
