Are there any known issues with Director 4.2 and SNMP devices.
Background:
I have director 4.2 installed on a box with server 2003 behind a firewall on a separate subnet from the snmp devices.
Problem:
While the director server has found agents on other subnets without any issues it cannot find any snmp devices. i have even tried to add some of these devices manually with no success.
Can anyone help me
