Recently we had switched over the IBM Director 4.12 from a x232 to a x345 box which both build on Win2k Server with SP4. The existing Director database was moved successfully using the twgsave and twgrestore command. All agents were untouched and all were rediscovered after the switch over.
One major issue found was some Event Actions Plans not functioning since the switch over typically all the customized monitoring of the Windows Critical events were not captured by the Director. Customized Event Filters and Event Action Plans were re-created in the new Director Server but still not working. Issue reported to IBM but not hearing any reply.
Any advice or suggestion will be much appreciated. Thanks.
