IBM Bladecenter issue .. blade shut off

Hi Guys,

I'm running ESX server 3.0 on the blade
HS21 Blades

Looked in the MM and see the following errors pertaining to that specific blade. I haven't found much luck doing google searches on this. Any help would be much appreciated.

Event log

(VANCSAPP04) CPU voltage regulator 1 fault
(VANCSAPP04) CPU voltage regulator 2 fault

System Status

(VANCSAPP04) Voltage or VRM/VRD Fault.

hi,

VRM is a sort of power supply of the CPU.

If the message is true, it persists, you have nothing
to do, elsewhere open a HW call to IBM to substitute VRMs.
