We recently had a problem with our server and after we replaced the 1.8v voltage regulator, we started to get errors about fans 1 and 2 being disconnected. We have replaced the fan assembly and are still receiving this error message we boot up. Our only theory is that the connector is somehow not seated properly, thought it appears to be.
