IBM 3570 Library problem with ARCserve Backup Utility.

My ARCserve 2000 ver 7.00 (SP3)while backup is performed required a new blank media after first cartridge filling .
The Library package option is installed and the Hardware (IBM 3570-b11 Library) works fine with other BKUP software.
The Arcserve automaticaly formatting all media , so doesn't seem a media changer problem.
The NOS is Win 2K sp2.

Have you suggests or experience .
