IBM 335X eserver HELP !!!

So i recently purchased 10 IBM 335x servers for £100 which was very cheap. but when i received them the first one I dose not have a VGA but a C2t which as a nightmare because it is really hard to find one that has reasonable shipping time (most of them say it will take 1 month), so i tried to use the ISM feature ( equivalent to ilo on hp servers)but the server is not getting a ip address so i cannot connect to it. Is there any other way to connect to the server apart from that without some weird port or maybe reset the bios or something like that. any suggestions are welcome.

Without the optional remote supervisor adapter, you will not be able to use the ISM.
