IBM 3160 Printer & AIX 4.3.3

Is anyone using a IBM 3160 Laser Network printer with AIX versions 4.3.3 or 5L??

I cant seem to create a print que on this printer, do I need any special drivers or software to interface with this unit? I can ping the printer but I cannot send any jobs to it. I have tried setting up like a normal HP Infoprint printer and send a que to it but no good..

Any suggestions??
