We are in the process of moving our Data Center to a new location. We have exported our IBM 2105-800 Shark Configuration onto diskettes and have attempted an Import process at the new Data Center IBM 2105-800 Shark. We are receiving the following error message:
Import of Configuration Data Detected an error, RC24
Configuration Diskettes are not from a 2105-Model EX0
Import Process is only valid for a 2105 Model Conversion MES Model 800
Failure: Imported Configuration Failed RC24
Return Code 24 Screen id: conD0510
Is there anyone who has seen this error or anyone who can make a suggestion on how to Import our configuration? We would greatly appreciate any assistance or recommendations.
