Welp I've managed to screw up an installation and I'm at a loss as to where it went wrong.
Everything installed fine up until Ral where I got a mismatched terms error. I uninstalled back to scratch and reinstalled AlohaQs on D.
Runonce and registering iber went fine but when I tried to run iberqs to verify the installation I get the following error: IBERDIR (C:\AlohaQS\Data) path to data files does not exist.
I checked my %iberdir% system variables and its reading D:\AlohaQS\Data as it should. Tried unregistering and re but Iberqs is still pointing to the wrong directory.
Went through the registry but I couldn't find any instances of where C:\AlohaQS\ was defined, everything is pointing correctly to the D drive.

Where else could the iberdir be defined? I've never run into this before.

I unistalled but I hadn't gotten to reinstallation yet

Are you running front and back of house on same machine? Iberqs is for foh, boh uses alohamanager.
check to see if ctl and edc services were installed and running

Still no luck, I'm getting all kinds of crazy errors. Issues with the grind running, translog and more.
During my original installation I got a virtual terminal up and running with the wrong keys. Ctlsvr was running somehow with the wrong keys.
I've managed to fix quite a few issues but everytime I get something up another piece breaks. I wouldn't be confident in the installation even if I got all my errors cleared up.

Long story short I'm cloning a fresh installation and starting from scratch.
Lesson is be very careful when building a new fileserver...

I appreciate the offer but like I said, even if I fixed all the errors I wouldn't feel good putting it in a site. I've effed up badly enough that I have 0 confidence in its stability. I should have done the wipe days ago. Oh well, I learned a valuable lesson.

This happened to me not long ago. I don't remember what I did to fix it. I think it has something to do with the Bins though.
