Iber.exe error and needed to close

Hey guys,

I am a new member on this forum but have been finding answers on here for a while. This morning a few terminals are giving me an error when starting RAL "iber.exe encounter a problem and needs to close a error log is being created?" I saw a few posts on here regarding the translog but the store hasn't' opened yet. We tried to refresh but that didn't do the trick... Any ideas on this one?

If you are using RAL to boot the terminal, I would restart the server first then turn each terminal on. You may have to contact your dealer to reset the RAL services.
