IA770 on S8300

Dear All
I have a S8300/G700 installed but the trunk of messaging is down.I have installed the patches a and c rpm, the application is UP.Does anyone help me how to make the trunk to come in service?

First what version of CM are you running?

give a shot a busy/release the trunk group

is the signal group in service?

The Communication Manager running is 3.1.
No the trunk never came in service. The signaling group is in-service.I try busy/release ten times but still the trunk is out-of service.
Please help

The database was corrupted.I contact with Avaya.

I have same issue how was this resolved

Avaya always tells it is corrupted, the problem i had was the message waiting indicator on the phones are night lighting up when there is a message.
