I can't help but think that this should be a HP question. The Itainum line, I believe is brand new and HP-UX 11.20, I thought it was 11.i? Anyway, such a new product should have some default 1 year support contract I would think. I would try 1-800-633-3600 and have your serial number handy.
This box is for development and my poc is in Europe. It's a loaner from HP and no documentation.
FYI- I reformatted the hard disk and started over. The version of the software is 11.20.%29 . I expect to get the final release (not a debug build) in the next two weeks.
