i4 (200 ICP CX) Audio Delay

I have a sprint i4 (Mitel 200 ICP CX). Users complain of 7-15 second delay in audio after picking up an incoming external call. XO has tested the T-1, NTF. Sprint and Mitel TS currently working on it. Only 7 phones, running from L2 ports on i4. Anyone else had this issue?

Is it only calls coming in on the T1?

Yes. Station to station calls are fine.

Is it on all calls? Sounds like a initation problem in the E2T card setting up the voice channel.

Did a reboot of the switch, and the problem is gone. We'll see what happens in a few days.
