\i386\biosinfo.inf could not load

Trying to fix a faulty system using installation CD. After booting from the CD and press F6 at Setup I get error '\i386\biosinfo.inf could not load,error code 32768'. Never had a problem with the CD before. What can I do?

Test your RAM with a memtest utility such as MemTest86+ ...
