i2050 user on Windows 7 phone locks up.

Everyday the i2050 locks up on an incoming DN call. It happens at different times of the day but only once per day. Once the phone is restarted it is fine for the rest of the day. Task Mgr doesn't show any high CPU utilization when locking. Happens in the office and working at home on dedicated broadband connection. Any ideas of how to troubleshoot this issue.

Helllo.

I had the same Problem and had a SR open at AVAYA so it is only supported on 32 Bit systems and you need to have minimum Version 4.02.062

This is the latest from the other Win7 i2050 post ... looks like a UDP timeout issue (port 5000)

For everyone else that has this problem, please check this Checkpoint article. Basically it says you need to increase the timeout of UDP port 5000 on your VPN/FW devices between the phone and PBX (I changed mine to 10 minutes, 600 seconds).
