What ports do the i2050 sets use? I think I have a firewall issue and I need to open it for my i2050 sets. I can make calls to the laptop, but the laptop cannot call out. Any suggestions?

sorry, its on a M1 opt.81c It all worked fine on my desk, then the employee takes it home (3hrs away) and can't make a local phone call but can recieve all calls.
