i2050 softphone on bcm200 1

Im tring to set up several softphones on the bcm 200.I can connect,but only 1 soft phone at a time any clues?????
The bcm shows the configuration of all the softphones and when I try to connect with more than 1 phone,the phone says no ports available.Do I need to get a differant key code?Thanks

How many IP phone keycodes have you on your system?
Are you connecting the IP phones locally.

Thanks Marshall Im new to the bcm and your post was very helpful..I only have 2 seats for Ip phones and I am using 1 desktop ip phone and 3 softphones..Sooooo I can only use 1 softphone at a time.I am going to get more keycodes in order for all our techs to be able to be on at the same time....Thanks again.
