I2050 Softphone installed on a Citrix server.

I installed the I2050 soft phone on a Citrix Server.
It works but only 1 session at a time and it kind of defeats the purpose.

Has anyone else tried this.


Also mapping the USB audio portion of it.

it is not possible to use multiple instances of the i2050 on a terminal-server
 
Hmm yeah I was afraid of that. I will try to scipt something or modify some .ini file.

If I succeed I will pass on the info.

How did u get the i2050 soft phone to transmit your voice?
I am trying to use the app over Citrix. I can hear the other people's conversation but they cannot hear me.

I cannot get the Citrix Audio Driver to be pushed down to this published app.

Can you give me some pointers?

Like you I was only able to get one way audio out of the citrix server.

Also like Redcomet said, you can't open multiple sessions on the publised app.
On the audio issue... Do you have audio enabled on the Citrix server?? Check in your CMC.

On the audio question, yes it is enabled on the CMC.
I can use Windows Sound Recorder just fine thru Citrix...record and playback..

But not i2050...
 
Funny that I went to this forum now.Citrix version 4.0 came out yesterday and it supposedly will support IP phones.We have installed it and the I2050 phone works somewhat..But it is almost 5pm on a Fri and I will continue Mon AM.I will post again if I am successful.
 
jimeec, did you succeed in getting the I2050 to work with Citrix? If so, what version did you use? and what did you do to get it working???
