BCM 400 3.7 build 2.4f
I have a remote user working for almost a year. No problems.
IT folks came out and changed email server and all of a sudden the phone won't work. I re installed, pinged the BCM to the PC. PC to BCM, nothing.
I brought the PC to the office where the BCM is and tried the same thing, Nothing.
IT folks assure me rhat nothing else was changed.
I am at a loss.... Of course this has to be the top sales person in the company.
