I have a customer with a BCM 400 running 3.6 software. There is one i2050 softphone running. It had worked for the last 18 months or so, but now it will connect to the BCM then reinitialize...every time. I get the time and date from the BCM and it says connected, but then it reinitailizes. I have shut off the BCM but that did nothing. I have also de-registered the Voip DN and tried installing the software on another PC, but it did the same thing,pointing to the BCM being the issue? Have any of you run across this?
