i2050 keeps crashing?

Hi All,

I have a customer that has 2 i2050 softphone's that keep crashing with the following alarm in event viewer:

The COM+ Event System failed to create an instance of the subscriber partition:{41E90F3E-56C1-4633-81C3-6E8BAC8BDD70}!new:{6295DF2D-35EE-11D1-8707-00C04FD93327}. CoGetObject returned HRESULT 8000401A.

Faulting application i2050srv.mod, version 1.4.0.363, faulting module usbheadset.dll, version 1.4.0.363, fault address 0x0000820e.

Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

They are using Windows XP SP3,
No new software has been installed
No new updates have been installed

i2050 Software Phone
Version: 1.40.0363

Does it do it if the user is where the BCM is and not out of the office. Could be a VPN/Network issue.

The softphones are local and on the same site as the BCM.
