i2050 keeps crashing?

Hi All,
I have a customer that is advising one of their i2050 softphones keeps crashing, the PC is running XP SP3 and the i2050 version is 1.40.0363.

In the event viewer I am seeing the error:
The COM+ Event System failed to create an instance of the subscriber partition:{41E90F3E-56C1-4633-81C3-6E8BAC8BDD70}!new:{6295DF2D-35EE-11D1-8707-00C04FD93327}. CoGetObject returned HRESULT 8000401A.

Any ideas as to what may be causing this?

You should suggest to the customer an upgrade of the i2050 software. I would recommend going to version 2.01.0260. If I am not mistaken, that version was included with BCM50 R3.
