I2050 ip phone keeps on reinitializing

Hi just installed the ip phone i2050 . when i start application it says " CONNECTION ESTABLISHED, REINITIALIZING ".

please advice accordingly.

How about you provide us with some information..

1) How is the i2004 configured
2) What type of system are you connecting it to?
3) Network configuration?

You don't give us much to go on..
