I2050 install question

Hi There: When I install the software on a pc and select the single user vs the allow everyone button, the startup hangs. When I re-install and select the everyone button the phone starts up with no issues at all. All other settings remain the same. Has anyone experienced this?

What operating system are you using?. I've use windows 98, 2000 & XP without any problems. However you should check what I2050 build that you are using as the latest one "385" won't work on Windows 98. I normally always select all users as the pc may have other user accounts on it.
