i2050 call logs

Hi all

I have a cs1k 5.5, with ver 3.2 i2050 softphones.
how do i activate the call log feature? I've enabled this feature on the i2050 under the settings, but it does not record any calls placed to my phone. is there something else i have to do?

I think you have a setup on the E M for IP call logs.

make sure that AST and IAPG are set. AST 00 01 - IAPG 01

I assume you are asking for personal call recording? As it was said here, you need to take an application and install it. Changing settings just allow IP2050 using such application, yet it does not install it as such application is not in IP 2050 product.
