how do you login an i2050 softphone built as an acd set. when I select key 0 I cannot go off hook to enter an agent id and login. Also when I put a check in the symposium box under server settings on the i2050 configuration, it disappears. is there a license required to run a i2050 as an acd set?? What am I missing here?? any thoughts will be appreciated.

In the 2050 Settings under Server there is a checkbox for Symposium.
That will get you going.
