I2050 as an ACD phone

Ok, have built my first I2050, even having it working with DHCP.

How does an agent log into an I2050 phone to take routed calls?

Make sure you program Key 0 as and ACD

and ensure you also have keys programed for

NRD
MSB

in your properties of i2050 phone make sure u have checked the symposium box
