I don't know if I am using the correct terminology (which would explain why I am having difficulty finding the answer) so please bear with me.

I would like to program the i2007 and i2004 IP phones to access some web services (like a directory of parents for a school) in XML format. I have done it for a Cisco 7941G, but I can't for the life of me figure it out on the Nortel.

Here is what I know:

There is an application called Design Studio that works with the Application Gateway 1000. I can't find anyone who sells this products (new or used). Application Gateway 2000 requires me to get a quote from a vendor. Maybe this is not the direction I want to go?

There is a Citrix solution, but from what I can tell, it is EOL'ed.

Are there any alternatives? Any documentation?

Thanks in advance!

Hey Dasheen! Thanks for all your help in the past.
