I2007-Caller List

Hi, it is CS1000M,MG rls 5.5 with CPPM SS. I have installed a I2007 at user end, when i try to check Caller List it shows server error try letter, i also defined Sig Server CLAN uner IP Network-->Personnel directories-->Server configuration. the error apperaring at OAM shell (as i press caller list)is given as under/Redial list also not working and giving server address.

Is there nayother configuration required at SS or at I2007?

In the Element manager go to Personal directory then user profile and delete personal directory for that user, the next time you enter callers list on the phone, system will create new profile.

You need to furnish the ELAN IP address of the Signaling Server, not the TLAN/CLAN.
