Is there a call log options on I2004? I looked and unable to find that option.

press the Services key and select Call Log Option
from the Telephone Options menu.

You have to go to the signaling server to activate that feature. If you don't want to use an external server to host the call log and personal directories you can choose the sig serv to hold it. You have to put the elan IP address of the signaling server.

First, LD 117 CHG APPSRV "IP@ of ELAN SS"
Then in Element manager, depending rls, you may find a backup tab (rls 4.5) where you can enable the backup of personnal directory and call log to internal SS

Hello. Could someone please post the steps required to set this up?
My switch is release 4.5.
Thansks.

2 ways to configured it:

- LD 117
chg appsrv "IP@ of the T-LAN SS"

- Element Manager
Personnal directory tab
Enter the T-LAN SS ip of the SS where you want logs are collected

I recently set this up and used the TLAN address out of assumption. None of the features worked. I checked the documentation and had to change it to the ELAN address of the sig server. After that, everything worked. The pbx communicates with the sig server on the ELAN and not the TLAN.

Hope this helps
Rob
