I am trying to plug in a I24 Key Expansion Module into a I2004 telephone. When I first power everything up, then KEM will flash. Once the IP phone comes up, the KEM will not work. Is there any programming involved in the system to get it to recognize the KEM or is there anyhting else that needs to be done?
