i2004 w/i24 KEM on BCM R3.7

Hi,
I'm trying to connect i24 KEM(NTEX00DA70E6) to i2004(NTDU92BB70) Firmware on the telephone is Dxx. After power up I see icons blinking on the i24 but then nothing. Is that the special way of programming it, or Rls 3.7 is not supporting it. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe this is only supported from Version 4
