i2004 Shift Key

Can anyone help me with the shift key and whether or not there are 12 programmable keys? I hear that you can use the up arrow key to shift like on the M3904 series phones, is this true and if so how do I configure them?

I am not aware of a shift key but take a look at this drawing this should clear up were the 12 keys are.

Thanks. So I can only program 6 lines on "L" not 12.

you can only program 6 lines hard to push IP when you only have 12 keys 6 of which are presentation keys.

In comparison to a T7316e with 24 keys 16 presentation keys.
