WE HAVE THE CS-1000 WIRELESS PHONES OFF THE NORTEL 81 C PBX. I HAD TO RESET THE CARD IN THE PBX. WE WERE GETTING WHERE YOU CAN PLACE THE CALL BUT NEITHER PERSON COULD HEAR EACH OTHER. CARD GOING BAD OR SOMETHING ELSE. THANKS
Are they the W2211 or W2212 phones? We had this issue with no voice path and it ended up being patches were needed on the sig server and on the VGMC cards. Also, you should have your IP phones not programmed in Zone 0.
