I have an option 61C using 3903, 3904, and IP (I2004) phones. The 3903 and 3904 telephones (DIGITAL) detect caller ID Name and Number properly. However The IP phones only display phone number NOT NAME. Have I missed a setting on these pones or is this feature not available yet? We are paying for Name and Number from our PRI provider.
