i2004 not uploading firmware

Hi,
I have a bunch of i2004 NTDU92BC70E6 with F/W version 0604D31. Phones work fine on BCMs up to Rls 3.6 but firmware is not getting upgraded even if you force the download. On Rls 3.7 phones find the BCM but won't registed, simply get stuck with time and date on the display. Above Rls 3.7 phones show server unreachable...

I'm sorry, the correct part number for the phones I have problem with is NTDU92BA70.F/W version 0604D31.
